If u cannot provide me with this info, I have no proof saying you took care of this dog & kept it vaccinated and wormed.
Buyer must also keep said dog in a HEALTHY weight, not skinny and not obese.
Buyer must also spay/neuter by the time stated in this contract ( 24 months old ) If dog is NOT spayed by this time, Or additional money hasn't been given to purchase full rights ALL Guarantees are NULL & VOID.
Buyer also knows that if pup is sold with full rights it CAN NOT be bred before 24 months old, and not before Genetic testing is done. IF said pup is bred before 24 months, or before all health testing is DONE buyer knows and understands this guarantee is NULL & VOID.
The 10 year guarantee does not cover said puppy dying from -
Un natural causes - Hit by a car, gunshot, old age ( aussies have a life span of 10-15 years so said
puppy should out live this 10 year guarantee ), Starvation, Obesity, Neglect.
If said pup is not vaccinated regularly and said pup comes down with something, Since said pup was not vaccinated regularly this is not covered.
THIS DOES NOT COVER ACCIDENTAL DEATH, INJURY, ABUSE OR NEGLECT that your dog
may sustain while in your care.
If buyer can provide ALL above info, AND buyer has bought food from LA regularly ( regular enough to suffice a growing dogs hunger ( Ex. if buyer only buys 1 bag a year, this dog is not covered ). If said dog was in good body condition PER vet, and was examined by vet. AS long as i have a
WRITTEN vet statement saying he/she examined said dog, and the dog was healthy & clear on any UN natural reasons for death, And vet can verify dog passed from natural causes buyer will replace said puppy with a pup of equal or lesser value, Buyer only has to pay $500 ( cost to cover vet expenses to get new pup to 8 weeks old )
If seller does not have a current litter available with puppies, then seller will put buyer on the next upcoming litter with and available spot. Seller will NOT replace dog by refunding money. Buyer also knows and understand that seller IS NOT responsible for shipping or ANY fees that go along with
shipping the new puppy to them.
Buyer also knows that a replacement pup is just that - the same rights, and color as previous pup!
If buyer has a Black Tri with limited rights, the buyer will get a black/red tri or black/red bi. Buyer
has the option to pay the $ difference if they want a merle as a replacement. The same with rights, if
said pup was sold on a Limited rights contract ( Spay/Neuter ) Contract then those are the rights the
replacement pup will have. The buyer can pay the additional $500.00 for breeding rights if they want
breeding rights on the replacement pup.
